Such a soft lovely photo! The lighting is perfect. I love the way the inner arch on the bridge is highlighted and reflects in the water. Framing the shot with the overhead tree branches adds a mystery to the photo that a straight on shot of the bridge itself wouldn't have. Very nice!

The angle you used to frame this is very inviting. It makes me feel like I am standing beneath that tree and viewing the scenery. Nice depth too.

Beautiful view, Susan. It would make a lovely painting. I like how the overhanging branch cuts across the frame showing the bridge beyond, with the river curling round the bend and making the viewer want to see what's there. Great lighting and focus. Lovely composition. Suzanne

    Suzanne,
Thanks a million for your great review. I thought the same about painting it as I took the picture but I ca't do so at present as I'm busy knitting an Aran Cardigan with an intricate pattern.I've sent you a message,

Wonderful combination of light and dark. That is not easy to do!

The framing along the diagonal is excellent and the reflections in the river water is well captured1

Love It!

Oh, to lay a soft blanket upon the ground, and sit to read a romantic novel, and bask in the beauty and solitude of this most surreal place. Almost as if in a dream. The quality of this picture is beyond my ability to describe.

Beautiful scene, which seems to be a study in green and shadows. The gray stone bridge is a central mass that attracts the eye to all the different greens both vivid and not. As does the still water under the bridge that to reflects the surround greens and the deep shadows and gives eye catching swatch of the sky above. Thank so much for sharing this very lovely photo.

Beautiful image looking through the branches to a bridge and a lovely reflection in the water. The branches are not distracting at all its like your peering through to see whats beyond them. The DOF is lovely. A gorgeous setting.
