a very peaceful picture as I can picture sitting there.
nice detail as it is clear and can see some of the old work put into it.
a thing I like to look at.

I had a feeling as the closet I got was the Dublin airport.
I went twice back to the farm 1/2 hour south of Galway. :-)
    always,

A lovely peaceful scene. Nicely composed with the river running diagonally through the image. The varied shades of green lend a cool serenity to the shot. I think it is a little dark overall, but still a good place for contemplation. Good work.

This is so pretty Susan....looks like a painting.

I love all the details you've included and especially like the way you've framed the bridge w/ the over-hanging branches. Very nice. The colors are beautiful...all the deep, lush greens contrast so nicely w/ not only the stonework of the bridge but the water itself.

....and you captured the entire scene at just the right time of day ...making the far river bank almost glow (in a good way though) and leaving such a nice reflection in the water.

Just a really beautiful spot that you have taken great care photographing. Just lovely.

Deborah

This is indeed a beautiful scene Susan, and you have pictured it so well. The old bridge seen through the branches looks really great and I like the way the branch hanging over is framing the scene in such a lovely and natural way.

What I like the best is the fine shine you have captured in the water together with the fine reflections. Your photo is also nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details all over, and the exposure is very good. I also appreciate the nice and natural colors.

The cropping is perfect and the river represent such a fine leading line bringing the viewer into the composition. It is also a really fine flow and balance in the composition. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.
