A beautiful image. The pastels of the pink flower are well rendered and contrast nicely with the green seed pod. The water droplets add texture and another element to the already lovely scene. Very nicely done ~ Steve

I think this Poppy is more pink than red, but the color doesn't matter, because it is truly beautiful, and you have pictured it so well. I especially like the small droplets because it is not overdone and is giving the flower such a fresh look. The green hues of the background are also lovely and when nicely softened like this the flower is standing out from it in the most excellent way.

Your focus on the flower is spot on and sharp showing really clear and well defined details both in the petals and the stamens of the Poppy, and the exposure is just perfect.

The way you have cropped the photo works really well and the flower has got a very good placement within the frame. This is indeed a beautiful and well taken flower photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
