Fantastic reflections here Lise....the lake was so smooth it's like a mirror image.

Beautiful spot. Isn't this time of the year great. What is that up on the hill there?? Is it a bench?? Nice focus here....you've captured everything so well.....the trees especially are amazingly well detailed and the colors are so nice. Very natural looking.

Nicely set up....a well put together photo. Best of luck w/ it in the contest. Bet it does really well.

thanks,,its a bench,,there is a walking trail there,,I have never walked it to that point as it is quite a fair distance,,but the view from there is the hwy,,which is where I took this photo,,

What a beautiful scene. The vivid Fall colors are well rendered and the reflection adds so much to the sense of peacefulness. It is very wise to take your camera every where you go. As you said, you never know what scene is going to present itself for that once in a lifetime capture. Very well done. Kudos ~ Steve

colorful capture. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of the colorful forest with nice colorful water reflection is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and great job overall

You certainly came up trumps on one of your walks when you got this photo! Its a lovely autumn scene that you have presented here! Your central composition is very apt providing a great look at those gorgeous trees and their reflections. I would be tempted to crop out those silvery reflections at the bottom. Well done!
