I must give you a six for abstract ingenuity in this one. Plus your camera techs are superior. The balance between light and shadows is crucial in this monochromatic image. I can imagine this hanging in an art gallery... This is truly thinking 'outside of the box'.... couldn't resist! :D Good luck!

Thanks and glad you liked it. It is a shot that I think either you like it or you think it is downright bad. Abstract art does not appeal to everyone, so to get your approval is great.

I think this must be the first photo I have seen of bubble wrap, and it is only a creative mind who would think of something like this. And it works ! I especially like that the photo was converted to black and white, and also the fine shine you have captured in the plastic.
Then of course your photo is nice and sharp with fine details, and the exposure is perfect. It is also very good distinctions between light and dark.
Not very much to say about the composition, because I suppose this is the only way it could have been done. Indeed an original and well taken photo for this contest, and I wish you luck.
