Very cool image. Makes the sand look almost jewel like. I wish you had captured sharpness in the whole shot, not just though the center. But I do know about shooting for the sake of food work.

Sharpness in the center was intentional. My settings were purposely set for that.

Well thanks. You have forced me into studying macro further. This is sand, however. Fine sand at that. It is highly magnified. Thanks for the review. I'm quite curious now.
