hi seshadri,
glad you enjoy it, as it was a nice surprise as I waited as some times I leave with a cloud bank a few miles out to sea.
but this morning was a bonus as I am glad I waited and took many of the changing sun.
glad you enjoy the original as I had to look up as a truck and bulldozer made it's way by me so a few sky shots. :-)
thank you for your nice review. :-)

ron

Now this is one for large canvas to be shown in any travel agent, hotel reception or anywhere for that matter. The sweeping clouds filling majority of frame are amazingly caught in miniature caressing sun. Good work.

hi woodblewitt,
thank you for looking into it and picturing it being in a lobby of a seasonable place.
I bet it will look good on canvas as I will try to get a few done in time.
glad you enjoy it and for your insightful review. :-)

This could be a photo from Mars. It's colors are hot and dramatic and gives me feelings of the time of ending or maybe new beginnings. I really don't care which actually. It is the sun in all it's glory.

What a beautiful morning, Dude! Orange color is delightful. It gives hope to start a new day. Gray thin cloud formation adds layer, dimension, and attraction.
Well done and thanks for sharing.

hi Joel,
glad you enjoy it, as I though it was going to be a bad day with a cloud bank but popped up in front with a few clouds giving me some nice shots. :-)

Comment from Life is but a dream.
Hi Ron, you need to remove that hard line at the bottom of this image....see it? Just crop up a bit and I will return a half star back to you because this is otherwise worthy of 5 star mark.
Have you considered using a square format? Try it, you may like it and will see how it pops out photos that have a circular focal point.

hi life is but a dream,
I did have it removed for a month but after cropping and forgetting to add it to the rules a dq so I brought back the original.
something I like the way it is with the changing color.
no I have not as the other one was more square as you must have missed it.
thank you for the nice review.

A trip to the coast is never a bad idea. The horizontal cloud lines are the perfect stage for the sun to show off. Rich colors and muted sunlight make for a great shot.

A pretty good dawn shot presented here? Your off-centre composition works very well and your settings have produced an enjoyable scene of our familiar friend. Well done!

I thought this was a contest entry, but I don't see it in the voting booth. I think this one had one of the best chances of winning! The colors are wonderful and the sun is nice and clear. It's a lovely photograph!

thank you envision,
as I forgot to change the rules as some wanted me to crop the excess orange up top.
as I will learn from the experience and the sun's color wins it not all the background as I see.
thank you for viewing as I learn and try to do better. thank you for your kind review. :-)

ron
