This both a funny and sweet set up, and with the pumpkins it also has a Halloween feel to it. Great background as well, and all the items are standing out from it in an excellent way. I especially like the crisp and clear colors and also your point of view.
Your photo is also nice and sharp showing really clear and well defined details in all the items. It is nothing wrong with the exposure either.
The format you have cropped the photo into is perfect and with the scarecrow off to the right, the composition has got a very good balance. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Aren't you getting crafty. The seasons are upon us and I can't believe where the year has gone. The grouping is well thought out and will keep the upcoming holiday bright and cheery. Fun scene.
