Very Cool,Mary!
That big owl ( A genuine 'Strix Australis' like in a drawing that I posted here once inspired by my online 'Pen Friend' from Perth! ) diving down out of the trees looks just Great!
A really 'Good Show',my friend! : )

Very fine bird shot presented here. Your action owl shot is very impressive given that the bird is very sharp in flight. Exposure and composition are also spot on. Well done!

What a well trained owl to provide performances on demand. An outstanding shot in a very fine setting. The colors are beautiful and the action is caught at its peak.

Its hard to capture a flying owl,,they are so quiet you dont see them in time cause you cant hear them,,love this one,,the tree is nice with its hole as a great owl house,,a little blurry on the face of the owl, but just the fact that you caught this guy as good as you did is nice

Great shot! Even though the background of the woods is very busy, the detail on the owl's feathers and alertness in it's eyes really bring the focus onto it. Action photos can be difficult but you nailed this one!
