very atmospheric and witch-like. Conjures up many imaginations and notions on what this creature could be like. existing in some natural, netherworld. or maybe just a misunderstood offspring, with now little hope of blending into society. reminds me of one of those kids that get looked after by wolves; still human but one that lives totally within nature.

You are pretty close with your guess. The story, so far I have written it jet, is open for all of it, mixed with a pinch of Kipling's Mowgli.

WOW - this is one of your best composition - this face with all the shades you applied is striking - very detail you worked out in textures and placement really shows a different child

I love that this dark face still shows some child innocence shining through

An interesting mixed media presentation! I think edit works very well to bring out witch "flavor" as the photographer wishes to share. Child face is still clear and enjoyable.

Such an interesting image! The blue hues fit the story line of the girl running through the cold night. The collage effect adds to the other worldliness of the girl and there is energy in her hair and a watchfulness in her eyes. The book must be good!

This is an intriguing piece. i loved the colors and how they compliment one another.. The look on the childs face tells a story, of fear, danger, unsureness, and strength....I loved this piece, its a story in itself...

I can see that a lot of work went into this photo. It looks kind of eerie to begin with but I can see this being part of a story. She is looking kind of weird being blue and all, but that's what the story is about. Good work.

Fantastic work. The merge of the various levels has produces a fantastic character for a book. The negative layer works perfect. The eyes and wisps of hair sweeping across her face add to the witch like feeling. The hand painted background effects are great.
