What a wonderful fellow. You have captured a stellar look forward - great eye contact! The color is amazing and the lighting as well. Solid focus over this fellow also. Thanks for sharing.

A beautiful bird in a fantastic pose. I like the turn of his head that shows off his downturned bill. The colors are great and the cropping is excellent.

You captured a very nice pose. The colors are bright and the yellow stands out a lot in this light. I think you did a nice job with the depth and gorgeous framing.

Cool,Mary!
That's an enjoyablly colorful image of this pleasantly exotic little bird!
His curved beak reminds me of that 'Scimitar billed' African bird that I drew a while ago!
'Good Show',my friend!

Oh this is truly a beautiful subject with wonderful color. I will offer a couple of recommendations which you can of course try or disregard. 1) There is noise in the image - look and see if the software you use offers a noise filter; which will remove the grainy effect in the background. 2) If you added saturation - pull it back a little - the yellow appears highly saturated and / or vibrant and is consequently robbing you of the detail in the body of the bird. Great subject, Great timing, Great framing. Well done.

Thanks Kathy, I have tried to reduce noise went back to original and re-cropped and adjusted contrast a tad where previously I had done an auto adjustment. Hope you prefer this one :)

Yes - I can see where the grain has been minimized. Did you crop it tighter? Great shot :-)

A little tighter crop - thanks for your constructive help on this one :)
