I'm sorry to hear of your loss but sure the memories are wonderful ones which you inevitably hang on to through your heart and through such wonderful images that you have collected including this beauty :) the presentation is nicely structured with sharp focusing with no over exposure despite his soft white fur...is he part siamese by any chance..looks it

...and his paw prints remain on your heart.

Mary, you cropped close and tight to really draw us in and that technique works. You do have blow outs on his fur and he is out of focus. You are a photographic artist and most likely you already know this.

I do like the love that this oozes out at us...both from Beethoven and you.

Very sweet moment you've got here as a lovely memory. His tucked in nose is really precious. His ears seem directed at your camera as if to ask: How'm i doing?" Thank your for sharing.

What a heart wrenching story about your beautiful Beethoven. You have pictured him quite peacefully and obviously well loved in his comfortable place next to you. I know you must cherish this photo.

The clarity is a bit soft...which seems silly to say about a furry creature. I think if the inside of the ear and the nose, eye and whiskers were a bit more clear in detail they would have won the battle between the soft fur.

I love the profile that you have captured here..with his nose and chin tucked in that comfy cat position. Thank you for sharing your Beethoven and your story.

An enjoyable presentation. His sleep seems to be peaceful. Love his expression. White color of his makes him easy to spot. Nice focus and framing.

Well done and thanks for sharing.

Oh what a gorgeous, neat feline companion...
Yes, they're very charming & want to rub their fur wherever you are...
Excellent choice of subject.
Good choice of dark backdrop popping him out from the frame.
Fine features & textures.
Compact framing.
Bright lighting. Nice perspective & narrow DOF. Thanks!

It is always sad to lose a pet, but the memories do linger. What a lovely photograph you have of him to remember all the good times you shared. Maybe now is a good time to get another pet.
Great capture here.

How precious. That's what I love about animals, they love unconditionally. They are nonjudgmental, and when they choose you nothing can deter them. Great photo, clarity, focus, and detail. Done with such love. Great job, thank you so much for sharing.
