a very interesting looking flower, Love the details and textures and depth you have captured here, I seen these flower this year and didn't know what they were. the background here really helps the flower standout. very nice angle to show the inside of the flower. Thank you for sharing. dale

The bokeh in the background along with your us of a soft vignette really makes this bud stand out. It also helps with the red bud and the tan background. Your use of "thirds" is outstanding. Colors are rich along with sharpness and contrast. Great job. If I had a 6 star I would give it to you.

I've never seen this kind of bud/plant before... interesting looking for sure! The colors and contrast are very well done. The only thing that confused me was when I looked at it with the small icon before clicking it open, it just looked like the bud was floating in air. The background was blurred a little too much and I couldn't tell where it was coming from. Up close/bigger, it looks fine. Good eye!
