I like the three levels of color stacked up. The red rocks, green trees above them, and the tan landscape at the top. You caught the strata and outcroppings in fine detail. Colors, sharpness, contrast are all very good. Great job.

Oh my gosh, this one has me really wanting to take a walk along the top of this ridge. Your detail is fabulous, the color is rich and natural. Wonderful shot. I see myself walking along the top... but crying because I am afraid I will fall. LOL Thanks for sharing! Gonna check out the levels and curves thingy!!!

I can only but imagine where you were to take this picture. With the three distinct areas of colour there is excellent depth. The shapes and lines you have captured bring great interst. Focus and detail are first rate - Interesting work - Ronnie

Hi Nikman!
It's a 'dramatic and beautiful' scene indeed,my friend, and the lines of strata running through the eroded cliff makes me think of the bones of prehistoric creatures that might be locked away in that ancient geological formation!
: )
A really 'Good Show' here!

One of the things I love about places like this is the geology. You have captured the striations very well. They tell a story if one is able to read it. You have captured a nice balance of rock formation that is millions of years old and contrasted it with the new and present background of living vegetation. The one precedes the other over the eons of time. Well done my friend ~ Steve

A virtual 6 for an interesting initial impact!
Nicely framed within the Third Grids lines...
Bounced illumination.
Fine details, features & textures. Pin sharp focusing. Good perspective & long depth of field...
Thanks for sharing...

This is such a phenomenal shot! And you're right, it is certainly dramatic! The coloring of the ridge is so pronounced, even against the green and tan of the forest below it. I love how you can see the lines in the ridge, too. Great clarity and composition. Thanks for sharing!
