Birds looks great in the photo, but, bright effect of the bird feathers could have enhanced. And, head portion of the photo looks like more cropped then the below portion that makes bird looked squeezed a bit. Overall, the bird lovers would enjoy the birdie.

These are such cute birds and you got a good portrait of it,background is out of focus enough not to distract us,good tight crop and even like those nuts in there...brian

You did a great job on this shooting with that lens through glass, especially being hand held. Very sharp. Colors a fantastic along with contrast. And no window reflection or distortion. Great job.

You have to tell me what kind of bird this is...is it a parakeet? It is so adorable and you really captured the sense of what he was saying with your title. This is so cute and eye catching. Great shot.

Thank you very much for your kind review and comments - very much appreciated. This is a Robin (although I believe it has a different name in other Countries). It is affectionately known as "Robin Red Breast" and is a popular image on Christmas Cards (usually accompanied by snow).

Well, there's plenty of snow over here this December but there's nary a bird as attractive as this one around! : )
'Good Show',Mike!

Thank you very much again Sean for your kind review and comments - very much appreciated. We can't cope with snow in the UK! Even modest falls create havoc on roads and railways.

Mike,
A beautiful picture of the Robin looking up with traces of Peanut on it's beak it's head turned as it watches you inside the window. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

This is a very good picture having been shot through glass! I like this little bird, it has beautiful coloring. I like the angle of its head and the curious eye it has. Great clarity and blurred background. Here in Michigan we've already had 2 major snowstorms this month giving us more than 16" of snow on the ground... feel free to come get some! Hahaha.
