Perfect entry for the contest. I'm impressed with your ability to capture the reflections so well. Good use of the software. I have taken notes on the placement of the glassware and corks. their placement makes the photo pop. Great shot. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you. I have a small piece of glass set upon 4 risers and a black background. I use the burn tool in post work to intensify some of the clear areas in the bottles. Hope that helps.

This is a very well done, fitting photo for the contest. I love the simplicity of the empty bottles and corks... who would have thought those little things could make a great photo? Very good clarity and edits. Good luck in the contest!

nice setup. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of the jars is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and great job overall

You did a great job with this one! Even with the low lighting you were able to capture the subjects and have present crisp and clear. This is a true entry to a low key contest!

This is a fine example of a low key photo, and I like the simplicity. I do however find the cork you have placed in the foreground is a bit distracting since it is not sharp. It sort of takes over the scene and is stealing away attention from the fine glasses behind it.
Your focus on the glasses is however nice and sharp showing fine details and very good high lights. This of course means that you have used the light well.
I also think the square format is working well, and it is a nice balance in the composition. All together a great looking and well taken photo, but also in need of some adjustments. Still I wish you luck with the contest.

as the cork looks very interesting in this shot

Glass is always hard to photograph especially clear glass. Hard to get the refined edges on it. But you did a great job on these. Your reflections are very good. I would have changed apertures to get the front most object in focus but that is me. Great job.

A wonderful composition, the placement is awesome and the clarity on the glass is very well focused. Stands out very well against the black back ground. The framing is done just right, just love this!
