Beautiful picture of beautiful dog with its eye concentrating on teddy bear as if communicating silently in doggybear language. The togetherness and magic moment is nicely portayed here. So like little toddlers with their favourite soft toy. A tiny tiny bit more light could be beneficial but doesn't take away from this homely take. Good luck in contest.

now you could have presented a shot of him with a rat but I'm glad you didn't because it could have been messy !! He looks as though he's got a lot of character and i can just envisage him taking Ted to bed :)

Thanks a million for your review on Madame Juno ~Dog & her Teddy...yes she does take it to bed with her sometimes. I'm not sure she'd do much more than stand and bark at a Rat. She is a great character & is spoilt rotten...I'm to blame for that.

The first thing my dog always does w/ her squeaky stuffed toys is rib the eyes off Susan...lol...I think she wants them to NOT look at her.
Madame Juno is a sweetie. I remember her from past posts of yours. What an adorable face. Not sure if you had an issue w/ light or w/ the black fur vs the white fur but she's a tad soft. Regardless, it is such a sweet photo and I wish you (AND Madame Juno) well in the contest.

It's always a toss up to get both the black & white exposures right especially if I have to use the flash as I did here. Get the white right & the black is featureless get the black right & the white is over exposed & I don't have a fancy DSLR just a Good Lumix Compact Camera which I carry on my belt.

LOVE that you carry your camera w/ you all the time Susan. I have said that I need to have mine surgically attached to my right eye...lol. Well you get lots of good shots and I like this one a lot....between using a flash and the black and white fur you really do a pretty good job so very welcome for the review. I think Madame Juno is quite photogenic!

Juno was a rescue dog & a little Dublin Mutt mixed breed she was born in June ...all I could think of was"Juno & the Paycock a Sean O'Casey Play about a Dublin Couple living in the heart of the city. It seemed to fit Juno perfectly a poor little five week old Puppy needing a home! She is now 12 & a half!
