This is a great looking bird. I've only seen one other with red eyes. I like how you got every detail of the bird's markings in full view.

a great capture as the spotted towhee finds berries. as I love the great clarity of the bird and it colors and features while in a great setting as most of it is clear.
a very nice catch and pleasure to view.

A very nice capture of this Towhee. The red eye especially stands out and is in sharp focus. The position of the bird in the bush gives a nice natural feel to the scene. Well done ~ Steve
