This is a very magical piece - the introduced snow flakes offer a since of movement and wonderment; they are artistically placed with a swirling pattern one familiarizes with magic or wishes being granted. The background offers a nice gradient illusion of night with stars - again a very creative way to introduce the idea of the north star. Anyway, it all comes together to complete a brilliantly executed piece fitting for holiday cards. Skillfully done - Kathy

Beautiful ornament. Nothing like the ones hand made with love. Your addition of the snowflakes in the background make him seem slumped by the cold. They also give a magical feel to this Jolly Old Elf.
