I think you did a great job not only with the bird but the background too. It is difficult to tell that he is in a cage. His puffed up feathers around the face make him look happy. I really like the yellow feathers. The colors are very nice.

Diggin' the shy like pose with his head tucked into his fluff.. great work on the whites and fine eye clarity with bonus catch light.
Focus is sharp despite the challenges of shooting through cage bars. I would only suggest you soften background more.
