The focus is a bit soft on the kite. The ocean itself is focused, the lighting is good also. Maybe the kite was a bit far off or the focus is between the kite and the surfer. Thanks for sharing.

People doing these type of things make interesting subjects for photos. I remember taking about a dozen photos of people parachuting in the sky when I was vacationing in Park City Utah. Anyway I like the framing and the lighting on this photo. You did a great job :) Well done and thanks for sharing :)

What a fun photo. I love the stark contrast of the orange against the otherwise light colors of the waters. It looks as if this guy had a wonderful time. Great clarity focus and pov. Wonderful framing too. Thank you so much for sharing.

While I love the image - the way you presented the activity in the cropping I would like to see more power in the seascape. Grander color and a little less lighting - exposure, 1/2. I think the shot is powerful in the activity and greatly played so kudos on the event. Wonderful bit of fun. Thanks for sharing.

Coincidentally, I have posted a similar picture in the Blue contest. This has more action it appears. But mine shows a guy flying the kind against real blue background! Cheers!The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good effort!

pity the surfer is so small in the frame and the focus is so soft, it takes from the initial impact

A beautiful stop action picture of the Kite Surfer speeding along on the choppy sea the spray he throws up frozen by your fast exposure & the kite adding that splash of eye catching colour. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Good positioning of surfer and his kite. Solo piece of colour on photo brings interest and highlights that choppy sea below. The little bit of motion blur on surfer comes over well with his breaking waves.
