    Hi MKFlood,
yes I did as there is to many, as I put up some big boy toys. :-)
glad you enjoy it as my normal small bag has a good selection but some of these ore for those tough ones then put a pipe on them to make yourself look strong. :-) but slow tension not to break things.
thank you for your insightful review and constant support.

A scene that only/mostly a man can appreciate (although I may have mentioned that I taught carpentry in the Army and some of my best students were females). I like the solidness and ultimate creativity of the tools that are pictured. I like this shot my friend. Well done ~ Steve

    hi iPhone,
glad you enjoy that as that is so true.
I bet as my stent had women tractor trailer drivers as well.
glad you enjoy the quick collection I put together as the big boys do need to come out in tough jobs.
glad you enjoy it and your kind review.

Ron,
Another collection of your Tools this time spanners & wrenches of varying sizes & shapes from the small to much larger, as you say choosing the right tools for the job in hand is half the battle. Beautiful composition, framing * lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

    Hi Susan,
glad you enjoy the bigger tools and spanner as some may not know it is the ratchet.
you are right as the big boys make some thing easy and putting a pipe on makes to have a lot of tork for rusted things.
thank you for the kind words on you view of them.
thank you for your kind review and rating.

    Hi GaliaG,
Glad you enjoy the photo of big toys going smaller as they handle most tough jobs or get out the grinders.
it took a few shots in different setting and trying to hide the flash.
as there is a slight shine on the bigger socket not being used yet but could be good for hubs of a truck.
thank you for viewing and your kind review.

A very nice assortment of tools which reminds me of my neighbor who has a pegboard wall behind his workbench on which all the tools are outlined with marker so that he knows what goes where and is reminded to put them back when he is done using them.

    high michiganmike,
glad you enjoy the tools get bigger. :-)
that sounds real nice to have but no garage so that is out. :-)
but the 10 by 10 shed is packed but know where things should be. :-)
I made a 9ft 8 in table 32 wide and a small 4by 3ft shed next to it for stuff and a nice table in good weather.
thank you for viewing and your kind review.

What an arrangement of tools mostly old with near modern. Bet the old outlive the new metals used.I have similar lying in tool box but very very seldom do i need them.Good idea looking at your selection, you could tackle all size of jobs.Nice nostalgic take

    Hi woodblewitt,
yes the oldest may be older than me but built to last not like some new ones.
yes they do as I try to find them at yard sales as I keep collecting. :-)
if I had a garage one wall wood be antiques many older than me as I give some away to my twin for his walls.
at least you have them is something needs to be done.
yes old plumbing or auto/truck use for axels or hubs for that basic maintenance.
as they do get loaned out if it is tough but a pipe as a breaker bar makes it a lot easier to do.
glad you enjoy a certain assortment of tools and history you can just imagine.
thank you for viewing and your kind review.

    Hi csimmons,
glad you enjoy it , as I had to put up a bigger set as you can picture the other sets or specialty tools.
yes it may but most people don't have tools this big as they get pricey but I get some from yard sales as I like the older ones better.
glad you enjoy the versatility I have put up.
thank you for you view and kind rating.

So this is different for you Ron. I must have missed the other one you mention in your notes. Had water 'issues' recently and these larger wrenches almost make me cringe thinking about it again.

Your tools are all crisply shown....nice focus on the lot of them. Colors are good and it looks like you're set for almost any calamity that might come your way....lol

    Hi Deborah,
yes a bit as the tools are my true me as this is about 5% maybe less as I have triples of some of them besides heavier ones and 4 toolboxes of antiques even a old wooden mallet they would use putting circus tents up. :-)
that is my basic tool bag to work on things as a few bigger or special tools and stud finder and such sits in a small toolbox in the van 12in by 12in by 4ft so even the car jack is in there to help others stuck and get going fast in clod weather.
my twin is a master plumber but I have many plumbing tools as he borrows some if he cant find his.
some of the bottom are just a few years old but working on auto's or bigger trucks or old plumbing you need.
yes I am as people come to me when they have a project but have so many I give them doubles in case I need mine.
as I would never thing of taking pictures but may for insurance purposes as I wait for things to settled with the estate.
thank you for viewing and you kind review.

You are most welcome Ron. I'm afraid I have quite a collection of tools as well- have all my Father's old stuff- but sounds like you have a massive collection.

    Hi Deborah,
thank you, yes the older ones are better.
glad you have a wide variety to chose from.
I did not get into the air tools or commercial grade. :-)
    been collecting 40 years. :-)
    have a nice day.

What a wonderful photo. To some they may view these as just things. I can tell each one tells many rescue stories and moments of frustrations and successes. All started out as new unused, shiny or passed thru generations of tools. I like very much that you put the tape measure in the photo to show the size of your tools. My father taught me a saying as a young child ~ " Tools do not make the man, the man makes the tools". The meaninig of this saying was A tool has many uses. Yes! Growing up as a girl, only child, at 5 years old I was changing car oil with my dad, at 10 I could tell you every part and purpose of a car engine. That was when, plugs, points, condensers were used. The simple times. Not today with all of the fuses and electronics. Anyway, thank you for sparking a memory of my dad. He has been gone 8 years but not forgotten. Wonderful photo of Life. Blessings Always~ Cindy Sue ~

    Hi Cindy Sue,
glad you enjoy it as I put it up showing how much bigger some are as I have all the ones in-between as this is about 5%
of my tools as I could not put them in one photo and see them clearly from the roof. :-)
yes a lot of people may have never seen some of them and cringe at the weight.
as the top pipe wrench I think is older than me at least 50 yrs old.
yes they have as auto wok and commercial trucks would need them.
funny you say that as a few sets are still shiny 10 years and not used as I like my old ones as they where made better.
glad you do as I put a metal yard stick but to much shine, as that top one is close to 30 lbs.
that is a good saying I have not heard off but have learned a lot from the older guys.
yes there is many ways to use them as some look at you funny but does the trick as they sit in wonder.
that is great you learned so much from your dad as I picked it all up myself or see someone do it and fix it.
you sound down to earth as I changed a clutch as 16 not knowing what it was but got a black eye wrestling with it and my shop teacher said take out the coil wire have someone step on the clutch and tap the key, right in like butter. :-).
a girl after my own heart as I used a match stick cover for the points instead of the fuller gage.
the most of the old problems would be the ceramic resistor and not starting in damp weather.
some are not to bad as I'm still driving 90s but there is 5 to 6 computers or more with some vehicle's.
my pleasure I hope they where all good memories and you had a peaceful day. :-)
    always,
    ron

    Hi Jayden.
when you need the big boys they have to come out as the bigger one would be old plumbing work.
that one is probably as old as me. :-)
glad you had a chuckle viewing them. :-)
thank you for viewing and your kind review.
