Your picture has everything it needs to tell A Story of winter in the woods. I see the water movement down from from the center, ice broken and brown in some places and others still with snow. It looks like sand banks on the far side which completes the story. Thank you for sharing and good luck in the contest.

yeah,, the water in this creek is dark rusty colour,,I am not sure why,,could be it has alot of iron around ,,not sure about the sand,,
