really beautiful presentation. lovely water feature on a grand scale. i saw the big waterfalls in brazil and is certainly an amazing experience. you did very well in capturing such beauty.

This photo is so busy. Rushing water fast flowing away from the fall. The spray is so lively and you can almost feel it in you face as you imagine the thundering waterfall cascade into the river.

Really nice POV/angle, controlled whites, great exposure showing off the pastel blue and pink in the sky and great clarity on the water.
Nice focus, details and that misty fog water sets the mood.
The falls are loud and strong and your photo makes us feel as we are there.

Really nice dof and it is not the easiest to shoot as far as flowing water. I really like the the color of the water below the falls as it really looks natural as well as the currents. I was there I think in 2000 and I would be standing on the far left so I did not have the view you did. Nice work and thanks for sharing. I wonder if a boat ever got sucked into the falls or the force just pushes it away.

When I was there, there was a boat that you pay to ride on below the falls and it bounced around like a cork.

They still sail! There were 2 when I was there: Hornblower and Maid Of The Mists!

You can almost feel the cool wet mist hitting your face and the appreciation of the raging waves below. Would have enjoyed seeing a view from further out - might have captured even more of the "wildness" of the scene. Really enjoyed the subject.

Great capture of the magnificent falls, almost obscured by the mist created by the cascading water. You've captured the feeling of movement of the water here - I can almost feel the spray. The slight pink tinge to the sky creates good contrast. Very good lighting and focus. Lovely composition. Suzanne
