There is a contest called "Breaking Rules". I like the balance that you've made. The reflection in the glass is stunning. There was a lady I worked with who collected peppers of all varieties and things that had peppers depicted on them. Pepper towels, pepper salt and pepper shakers... all sorts of things with peppers. Your focus, composition and lighting are excellent.

Yes odd numbers work better than even, but this works well good, like the lighting in this and would make for a good promotion photo for peppers...brian

Thank you. This is more of stock photo than artistic.

What a wonderful idea. And I love the fourth pepper, just resting atop the other three. A really great photo. The colors of the peppers against the white background is really awesome.

Very pretty shot,. Excellent exposure, focus and white balance. I really like the highlights on the peppers. My only suggestion might be to have cropped more off the top and left more of that pretty reflection visible on the bottom. Still a nice shot.

Rules are made to be broken sometimes and this time it worked. The detail is great and the use of the reflective surface really adds to the shot. Being in the southwest I can certainly appreciate the subject.

This picture proves that sometimes breaking the rules is the right thing to do. Very nice, simplistic, artsy photo. Love the added touch of the reflection and the glow of the colors. Thanks for sharing. Happycamper

I have no problem with the number of peppers you used! Like your large and central composition. The lighting you employed is also nice. The image has good exposure and is sharp. Well done!

Well done! While an odd number does add interest, I don't find this photo any less interesting. Making one of the peppers red while the others are yellow make this photo stand out because there is an odd number of yellow ones. Your focus, framing, and lighting are all good. You did a great job :) Thanks for sharing :)
