Yippee on white balance control on both the black and white!!
You learned well Shadow! Kelvin is the only way to learn to control the color temps.
Focus, captured pose and eye clarity with bonus catch light are superb here.
Great shot of a bird I have never seen.

Although not a clear indication, all the bird crap on this perch makes it seem quite likely it is a captive bird. It is nonetheless an interesting shot with fine details and good colors. I especially like the feet.
