A really nice photograph. I love the way it captures the bustle of the street and the calmness of the river. Really good job. The dimness of the photo captures the season very well.

Lovely pic of the Kings Arms. Living in York I appreciate all the old nooks, crannies and pubs that are so photogenic and this one is a classic.

Wonderful! When I first looked at this picture I found my self looking at all the details from the curve of the river to the bridge and to the details of the buildings. Your composition just draws the eyes to all the interesting things to see. Thank you for sharing. Happycamper

This is such a nice pleasant place to sit and contemplate whatever is on your mind that I hate to say something negative, but I wish there was more river so that that curve did not come so close to the edge of the frame. As it is, the eye is drawn away from the main subject. I went past this image several times because I could not grasp what was bothering me. Overall, a very good, well exposed, nicely focused ( excellent dof) image

Wonderful perspective in this photo, and the viewer knows right away it was not taken in the USA. Not sure where you were standing, but your position was ideal. I love the various brown tones and sweep of the wall along the river.

I like the color scheme of this scene..especially since these colors are not laden with the yellows that usually fill the remainder of a composition. You have some nice, pure whites and chocolate browns. Looks like a perfect exposure day to capture this interesting scene. Nice work with the small details!
