A wonderful view and insight into York lifestyle by the river. I love the perspective you have taken here with the curve of the wall drawing the eye to the bridge, the quaint buildings and the people enjoying being outside. A delight to view.

Great depth and distance captured here. Nice job of capturing the business of the day with the people enjoying the view of the river. The overcast sky works very well in the color muted scene and does'nt distract from the image. Well done!

Like the perspective...were you standing up on a bridge or something?? Well detailed....especially those buildings along the left...each and every brick show so clearly. Colors look true and natural and the piece is well exposed.
Lovely little spot nicely photographed.

A beautiful riverside scene in Yorkshire's ancient capital the river Ouse, that snakes it's way into the distance under the bridge. While people are enjoying their Pub Lunches or just a drink on the tables & chairs along the bank , some of them telling themselves Summer is here in their shorts & Tshirts while others are dressed for Yorkshire weather, in April & the tree still without it's leaves. Beautiful & artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
