A beautiful & artistic picture of the Green Orchid with red markings on the the petal below it's "throat" with a soft spotlight hi lighting the Orchid & the two Lily buds behind it set against a soft green background. Artistic composition, framing & soft lighting taken with superb camera & editing techniques & sharp focus.Good luck in the contest.

Tall vertical format just perfect...and I really like the variety of not only different shaped leaves but that they are different shades of green as well. I see HOSTA foliage and while I'm not familiar w/ ORCHIDS the two long unopened buds look like a LILY of some sort. Finished off w/ your artistic little flourishes at the back. Just a lovely entrant for the Green contest.
Everything in crisp sharp focus and perfectly exposed....I also like the old paper-like background. Your layer work is outstanding. Best of luck w/ this one in the contest.

Great image. Beautiful colors and textures. The multiple shades of green really highlight the proud looking little flower. It reminds me of the snapdragons I loved as a child. Excellent sharp image and a pleasure to view. Well Done!

A very impressive plant shot posted here. Your classical composition gives us a great view of your plant. Like the lighting that you have on it. Exposure and sharpness are very good. Very enjoyable photo well done!
