I like the activity in your scene a lot. So mundane and everyday, but decent hardworking work going on here. Lighting is great because of the texture and interest it adds. Thank you for showing this American scene.

Nice human interest shot with adherence to the comp theme.
Dramatic interplay between lights and shades.
I'd consider cropping the thick foliage--just above the equipments to give more focal attention to the subjects.
Great story telling factor.

Good perspective & long depth of field...
