A great example of a "looking into the woods" photo, which I am a big fan of anyway - lovely with the untouched snow and the straight trunks and twisting branches making for interesting viewing. Lovely picture.

A nice shot considering how you were shooting into the sun. The long shadows on the snow are attractive and the composition is pleasant.

I've always loved this subject, which you have managed to handle wonderfully well. There are sky, clouds and shadowy snow, all adding great value to the fascinating vertical composition. Almost monochrome (with one striking colour - in this case blue sky) is a very attractive approach, too.

You've even achieved depth, where often this type of photo lacks it, and looks flat. Looking forward to enjoying more.

Composition simple yet perfect. Depth of your detail is great. The shadows really bring to mind so many walks in the woods, so the impact is "oh, I've been there."' Capturing so much detail in the branches is not an easy task. Thank you for sharing.

Wonderful capture, I really enjoy the angle to the shot. Pulls me fabulously upward. The color and the lighting wonderful. Great detail as well. The image gives me a grand moment of fresh air... and a bit of coldness. LOL Thanks for sharing.
