I knew what this was as soon as I saw it! Congratulations to you for being so creative with your composition and so successful with your camera! I have several crystals that were my Mother's that I have hanging in sunny windows. I have one capture in my portfolio of one of the prisms reflecting on the dog! And the kids are endlessly pretending as they move in the reflections on their hair, hands and white shirts.
I love this capture. That tiny bit of lavender below the blue is so gentle and then allows the natural center of the flower to smile about wearing such a stunning hat! It makes me think a bit of Mardi Gras before Ash Wednesday here.
Your camera techs have stayed true to your expertise in clarity and dof. I can imagine that this could have a been a bit tricky to establish the light vs the shadows and still sustain the excellent contrast. Plus a prism playing in the sunlight is always slightly on the move possibly forcing an adjustment in position of your flower now and again. I'm thinking in terms of my own efforts. You probably were successful on your first shot! :D Good luck! A very creative entry!!

I like the creative and unique way to capture light through your entrance and use as a prism. Nice use of light and shadows and perfect for the contest. Your colors, focus, details are excellent.
