Hi Suzanne,
The image is great and I agree that the colour are not that vibrant as they could be.
If I can give a little advice on the photography and that is that colours straight out of the camera can be dull and you can enhance this by giving it a little bit more contrast in a photo editing program. It would make it better I am sure

The pastels probably came off a lot lighter on the computer than it actually is right? Either way, I like the softness that this drawing has about it. The details are beautiful as well. You did a wonderful job :) Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work :)

Pastels seem to be a tricky medium all the way around,Suzanne! ( I gave up on using them years ago. I have enough trouble with pencils & pens! LOL! )
