An interesting picture of the Fishermen preparing the Fish on the quayside in Very unhygienic conditions..Just as well (in most cases they are well cooked before eating) Interesting composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

you're right: I go often to Thailand : one can find the best and worst food;
I even followed kitchen lessons at the Oriental, Bkk; clean and excelent food;
