Love the colors on a lorikeet. You captured the details of the feathers quite well. I might of cropped it a bit more on the right side. Well done.

The focus in this one is very good and clear and with the lighting, one can really feast the eyes on its colors, markings and detail of the feathers. very nicely done and thanks for sharing. One would think that this bird would be on a crayola crayon box.

This bird is absolutely breathtaking. The colors are beautiful, so vibrant. He is so crisp and clear. You can see his individual feathers on his head. This is a great photo. Thanks for sharing.

I wish they had some of these colorful birds in the local butterfly house. A beautifully composed shot with sharp focus on the eye and bill. The colors are outstanding and I think the square presentation is ideal.

What a wonderfully sassy looking fellow. You have grandly captured his eye with just the perfect detail. The color also fabulous and natural but... lighting captured you a bit. (1/2) I like to see more vividness - especially over the very top of his head. Anyway... Great fellow Fred - thanks for sharing this sassy guy! :-))

supergold - Love the intense color of the Lorikeet.

Camera technique is excellent.

Color balance, contrast, and range are all complimentary to the take.

DOF, composition and framing are well managed.

Overall an excellent take ... B-)) Bob

Fred,
A beautiful picture of the curious Lorikeet peering down from it's perch, with the light falling down on it & hi lighting it's beautiful & colourful plumage & catching the twinkle in it's eye. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Lovely capture of the colourful Lorikeet looking down at the visitors. He looks quite cross at being invaded! I like the pose you caught here. The patterns made by the leaves in the background create added interest. Very good lighting, focus and composition. Suzanne
