very cool av!!. nice touch adding in the steam on the pot. the setup is excellent. the angle of the shot of the grinder, beans and pot is excellent. i like the burlap bag background and adds a very nice touch. wink. the clarity is excellent. the capture of the light is excellent. the image is balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and awesome work overall(clapping)

The gold you have chosen has given this a truly antique look. The burlap background is so appropriate to represent the feel of coffee. The best part of this picture is the steam coming from the spout of the coffee pot. This is perfectly lit.

This seems a perfect entry for this contest, not only by color and texture, but also by the objects. Both the coffee grinder and the can seem from a time when the first photographs were banned on plates. I admire how you used the light and created emphasizing shadows. The transition of the photo to sepia is perfect. The background is lovely. I like especially the textures and the writing. I think your creation is an unique and very creative take on the theme. A lovely retro style photograph with a lot of imagination and arrangement put into it, and what makes it better is the subject - a good old fashioned sturdy coffee grinder and the pot steaming next to it. Really well positioned, the filter chosen is perfectly suited, and clarity is sharp. Amazing photo!!

I still have my Grandmother's coffee pot like the one you have here.
I think this is one of my favorite still life's of yours due to the vintage tone and the beauty the vintage grinder and coffee maker.
Background is superb and the added smoke is fantastic.
When I redo my kitchen, I will want this hanging up in there!

I really like your background....just perfect to have 'cappuccino' as the word shown there. The sepia also works well giving it that aged, antique look. Your image is beautifully crisp and sharp and your selection of objects is spot on....I particularly like the coffee beans you scattered at the front as well as the steam you've added to the old coffee pot. It gives it such a realistic feel....as does the burlap you've set your pieces on.

A beautiful shot with great coffee tones throughout. I have an old old coffee grinder that was my mothers. It is a more basic model without the brass hopper on top. The elements all work together but I think the wisp of steam is a bit too conspicuous.
