A really original photo for me, I never saw Flamingo resting on the ground like that. A great close up that shows the birds elegant fluffy feathers and the dark orange on his head to perfection. The photo is very interesting as well as different and I appreciate you sharing it with us very much thanks a lot.

the bird says.."i got all dressed ready to go out steppin and he would have to stand me up! sniff sniff"..it does look sad poor thing..the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the colorful bird holding its head down is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

A very nice shot with sharp detail in the bird and a great eye. It always amazes me to see the way the legs are articulated whether on cranes or flamingos. The brilliant color in this Caribbean flamingo is outstanding.

Superb initial impact. Sharply focused with the features of those feathers. They make this bird even more beautiful. It's like the bird is looking right at you knowing that you just want to capture his soul and knowing that you would not hurt him. Thanks for sharing.
