you are a very patient person. One can tell from your drawings- and a bit of a perfectionist as well. Excellent drawing- and wonderful memory of a great lady..

Wowzers Raoul! The details on that microscope are off the chain!
Don't know how you managed to make this look so vintage but you did.
Your drawing is truly impressive with amazing realism.
Nice work and tribute to an amazing lady.
Well done :)

Excellent work Raoul! The detail of the microscope, the looking-from-below perspective, the shading, lighting - all perfect. And kudos for bringing attention to one of the many women who have been overlooked throughout history, despite making major contributions in math, science, and other fields.

For a second I though it was a B&W photo it looked so clear! great drawing of one of so many unsung heroes of the science world. And a nice choice of subject - very good shading and attention to detail, good proportions and not too much going on - great work.

Wonderful drawing of this amazing lady, Raoul and a shame the Nobel prize couldn't be awarded posthumously. I like the sepia nature of this image fitting with the time it would have been taken. Excellent light and shade and incredible detail. Lovely composition. Suzanne

Excellent artistry here. I like the vintage feel you have used to portray this historic figure. Your relative scale is perfect overall. And your items in your composition are interesting and scientifically elaborated. Nice work.
