Hello

It took me a minute to pick up on the title but I got it and good title for the two lovely trees dancing.

You have really nice colors in this image beginning with the sky. I like how you have blended in the gold with the blue.

And the red grass at the base of the trees is really rich and interesting.

This is a really nice winter story. You have done well here and I like this one a lot. Thank you for sharing.

So glad you picked up on the dancing bit Roger....these two are a couple of my favorite trees in the little orchard at my place. Do really appreciate you checking out another of my posts and that is just the most lovely review you gave it. Thank you again!

Ha! Hula Girls eh?
Me thinks you been living up in your magical Forrest alone too long. ;)
I have always found trees to be interesting and unique in how each branch bends, twists and reaches out in any direction it chooses.
They as the song says Are Strong enough to bend.
Nice shot of your Hula Girls Doc.

As I look at your photo, a little bit further away from the screen you can actually see these two Hula chicks doing their thing perhaps amongst the music played by the wind rustling throughout the pines in back of them....perhaps percussion.
It is an appropriate title and it conveys what you are trying to depict. It is a nice photo with both trees placed just a tad to my left of the canvas (can I call it that, I wonder?). The lighting, contrast, colors not to mention he framing and overall composition are top notch. Thanks for sharing.

Yes you can Toots! lol Every time I am outside w/ my camera I look at my little place here like one big beautiful canvas that I can show bits and pieces of through my camera lens. ...and the Hula Girls?? So glad you could see them dancing there...to me it so obvious that that is what they are doing. Thank you so much for having a look at this one Katharina and for giving it such a nice review...and happy to see your computer is behaving itself today.

What a great title!! And the snow on their branches looks divine. It emphasizes their Hula-ness :) The colors and saturation are seriously rich in this image and very attractive. I think it's interesting that they are nearly 100 years old too.

You are funny! I just happen to drift the this site. Glad I did to find your photo. Love the title. The two trees in front do look like their dancing; great colors; just enough lighting to see everything but make it realistic. Get a warm and fuzzy feeling with this one. Thank you. Take care as always. Stay warm up there.

Beautiful scene of your apple orchard in Autumn! So beautiful are the evergreens framing the back of the orchard giving a different depth of color. I also love the colors that the Autumn of the year gives. Your focus is sharp and nice capture of light, and well defined details. Excellent artists notes and thank you for that. Your framing and DOF are good, and your photo is nicely composed. This is very nice work and thanks for sharing!

It is when the trees loose their green foliage, you can really appreciate their characters, and these two for sure have it. The orchard for sure looks nice in autumn with the first snow and still some remaining autumn colors, and I especially like the format of the photo.

Your photo is nice and sharp and it is really clear and well defined details to be seen in the old apple trees. I also think the exposure is very good.

The photo is nicely cropped and I think the trees are well placed within the frame. I think this is a lovely and well taken photo Deborah.

Oh I couldn't agree more Mr. O'M. These wonderful old gnarly branches are almost completely hidden when the trees are in bloom. I enjoy the apples but I REALLY enjoy more photographing these once the apples and leaves are gone for the season. Do appreciate you checking out my newest post and the Apple Orchard is one of my favorite subjects so yes...there will be more.
