Great shot of this Pine Warbler. The green background brings out the yellow on this little guy. Good focus and lighting. Sharp detail. Nicely done.

You have pictured this little yellow beauty so well Willie, and it is just standing out from the nicely softened background in the most excellent way.
Your focus is spot on and sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the bird. It is nothing wrong with the exposure either.
The cropping is perfect and the bird is so well placed off to the right. This is indeed a beautiful and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Congratulations with the second place Willie. Yes, I did see the winner, and it was of course special because a nest with babies was included, but I think yours is very good as well. You are of course more than welcome for the review.
