A beautiful bird. I would be happy to see our ruby throats return but we are a ways off from having flowers at this time. I like the wing position and the great light on his head. Beautiful colors and nice cropping. Best of luck in the voting.

What a gorgeous beauty in mid-flight you've captured. The complimentary lilac florals really pulls our eye to the touches of similar tone in his feathers. I love the selective focus that really showcases your subject with its soft blue grey blends of color from behind. Great composition, focal beauty and gorgeous lighting.
