Nice bright and vivid colors used to draw this picture. The characters are always in a good mood. You have filled the paper to maximize the whole area.

Awesome! I love knowing what you two are up to. I hope you keep us informed when your efforts have come to fruition.

This is an amazing work...lots of primary colors...beautifully done; lots of detail in the hedge I will call it; A story to be imagined in every expression, in every position and in every item the characters are holding. Beers? Just wondered if this is a kids story...LOL! If not..lets call it beer! :D Thanks for sharing.

Whimsical and enchanting. The perfect setting for a fairy tale. The colors are bright and cheerful. Makes me want to know the rest of the story.

Bravo, bravo and more bravo's! So perfect. Always colorful. Speaks volumes. Real to life issues. Faces, bodies and attitudes are so cool to see and hear what they say. Love their world and love their creator's mind. Thanks always for this work that you do for us, knowing full well what we enjoy! So funny!

hey you gonna join us in the "Under the sea" contest? would love to have your talent there. comeon ill double dare ya..lololol. wink. thanks for the great review.

I would have to draw by hand, a scene and animal. No photo or digital. I cannot draw by hand, except crappy ideas. LOL
reply by the author on 17-Jul-2017
OK I'll give you some ideas..you do a kissing fish with bubbles shape like a heart around it...or you can do a fish with a dog or a cats Head, call it a dog or catfish...or you can do a lobster on the back of a seahorse like a cowboy waving its hat...or you can do a shark picking its teeth with a toothpick and holding a sign saying send more swimmers. Besides I have review some of your hand drawings that you did like sia so who are you fooling that you can't draw? You know I know better. You can do it..I'll just nudge ya.wink
reply by booklotto on 17-Jul-2017
lol, SIA was so easy to draw BY HAND. nothing to her style. Okay me try again, thanks for all hints, lol, why do you care like this?

one time schatzling made the comment that just didnt know about a particular drawing that she done. it was an awesome work..i advise that many awesome working artist seem to never learn one of the most important thing...confidence. course the other is how to promote one self. it seems that we as artist know we can do the work but thanks to critics we have doubts. heck i overcome that decades ago due to the medium that i use. you may not realize this but sharpie and bic pen art was never recognized in the art world till about decade ago. i have been working with it for 5 decades. oh heck you hear things like think outside the box..explore ones self..trying different approach to capture the viewers eye. it is encourage words but recognition of accomplishments does help build confidence in that artist. now that doesnt mean about winning contest or being #1. its the work that has been done in the past that shows the ability of what that artist can do in the future. you have demonstrated that. with your leap into the digital art demonstrates that you can be creative. so when you combine your talent with creativity and add a lil bit a confidence can give you a recipe for an awesome drawing. you just need a nudge. why do i care? why not? it feels good when i see that great work knowing that i got lucky to pull that out of you. ill probably never be that great cartoonist one day but at least i know i have helped my brethren artist and one day you will be that hot shot famous artist and i know i helped. so when you get up the stage to accept the award and give your acceptance speech it will probably be like this..." i want to thank Bugs Bunny!"...lololololol..wink wink

Oh my God, you sure know how to wrap it up don't you? Lol, I am impressed with this kinda care, it is important to me. I admire anyone who draws by hand. My husband is a painter. He has done it all. He has helped me for yrs to be where I am today. Thanks to you here, I am watching a you a master!

the only thing im a master at is sharpie and bic pens. that ill brag on. the other im just a legend in my own mind in my own world..dont worry they all know me there..evil grin..lol

This is one of your more complex and intricate illustrations I have reviewed.

There is a lot going on with this chapter.

The flower is in full profile but you still managed to draw in enough of its face to give it personality. A lesser artist would not have done that - well done.

This piece has a very wide range of bold bright colors - eye catching for sure.

The expression of the Frog is priceless. There he stands fanning the King with one hand holding a beer in the other - far out.

wish I had a six for this one ... B-)) Bob

That's one smart dragonfly to get the frog to attend to him that way without getting eaten! Great concept for the story. I like the contrast of the red chair in the middle of the picture. Nice work!

Been a little while since I've checked out one of your pieces MK so came to get my 'MK-fix' lol and this is a really good one!

I always enjoy your mental take on things as you know...this guy's 'pad' is wonderful. Your color schemes are just sooo good....bright and eye catching. I love that about your pieces too. The cool dude fly on the throne....w/ the dazzling eyes... is too funny and the look on the face of the guy fanning him?? Like that almost as much.

I am always impressed w/ the amount of detail you put into your pieces....all the little leaves and spikey grasses. Damn, I need another word for 'wonderful' and 'excellent' MK....my review is getting tedious using them...lol So let me just say that it's MARVELOUS.....CATCHY...and I love it!

Deborah

A brilliant and complex drawing capturing all 3 characters and their expressions excellently, against a lively and colourful background of lily pads and greenery on and by the water. Love the cocky pose and addition of the "throne" just to rub it in......great pic!!!
