Lovely photo of the cluster of flowers. I like how you captured the different shades on one plant. The dark green background enhances the flowers.

As the wife of a bee keeper, I have learned to stop and admire blooms like these. This would make a perfect painting and if you don't mind I would like to try to paint it. Such a wonderful mix of color and shade. Well done.

It is nothing more beautiful in spring than an apple tree in full blossom, but it is when you get as close as this you can really appreciate the beauty of each individual flower. I like so much that both flowers in blooms and the more pink buds are included, and I also like how the branch is coming in from the upper right corner giving it a diagonal position. Your background is also nicely softened for the blooms to stand out in an excellent way.
Your photo is also nice and sharp and it is such clear and well defined details both in the petals and the stamens. I also think the exposure is perfect.
The minor cropping has worked well, and the cluster of flowers is so well placed within the frame. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo Susan, and with a very good DOF.
