framing the cherry tree

I like this one again as it is framed, the entire shot rather then a cherry tree. I is a very nice, natural setting. Focus, dof and light a good. I like the capture of a light breeze across the water but what grabs my attention the most is the dead tree forward as it appears an overgrown bonsai. What are the pink trees in the horizon? Thanks for sharing.

    thanks a lot don;
    the pink tree in the bg is a Japanese cherry tree: they are white or pink, as you can see in my other pics from Japan (and more to come)

Looks like a lovely spot to spend some time and admire nature! Like your composition and the framing of the cherry tree. Sharpness and exposure are fine. Well done!

I think the view of the cherry blossom is captivating and artistic through the interesting shapes of the foreground tree. The light and the reflections on the water are also nice. Lovely framing of the view.

This is an incredible shot. The tree in the foreground reminds me of bonsai which is perfect for this photo being in Japan with cherry trees in bloom across the water. Perfect composition. Amazing!

Very nice composition. I love the way you framed the cherry blossom tree in the background with the tree limbs. Our flowering trees are just beginning to blossom so I can't wait to go out around our town with my camera. Maybe this week.

Very nice shot. I like how you have framed the pink tree, that draws you into the shot, with the branch. Gives it lots of depth. Great detail too. Thanks for sharing.

Oh this is soooo pretty sg. I just love the way you've framed those gorgeous gardens w/ the wonderful old gnarly tree trunk....really a nice idea!

Lovely focus....all the way around. The detail in the 'framing' tree is excellent but all the shrubbery and trees in the 'frame' are shown just as well. Colors are so nice...natural and your image is well exposed.

Just a marvelous shot of the lake and distant gardens and trees...made much more interesting by the way you chose to set this one up. Nicely put together sg. I like it a lot.

Wow. This one caught my eye right away. It look so classically oriental reminding me of Bonsai scene. Perfectly placed tree with cherry blossoms framed and all accented by the lake which has such a nice sheen to it. One of your better posts Fred ~ Steve
