That's some pretty powerful looking ice. You captured it with fabulous focus power. The detail is perfect. Great color and lighting as well over the frame. I bet it was a cold moment standing there. LOL Great shot. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice depth of field and the color are captured perfectly. I like how you have the chunks of ice against the dark rocks in the foreground and the snow covered ice in the background along the water, it's a good balance. The pattern of the shoreline is attractive and the color of the water looks nice too.

I have watched this on my small lake for many years. It takes a bit of wind to blow the melting ice off the lake. At lake Michigan the piles of ice can get 10 feet high. A nicely exposed shot with fine composition.

This is lovely Lise... the cold colors are true to life with a perfect control of the white balance of the snow and ice. The framing is artistic with the diagonal line of the ice line running through it. Your vantage point it clear to your viewer with your large boulder taking the front scene. I like that. It is like standing there beside the photographer. A beautiful view. Thanks for sharing.
