Mt Fuji....I know someone that climbed it; have you ever done so? It is a gorgeous mountain and lovely photo on top of that. Perfect for this contest. I especially like the two contrast of the trees in the foreground and the sky is just heavenly. Thanks for sharing. I wish you the best at the voting booth.

This, to my mind, is a better picture of the majesty of Fuji-san than your previous view. It centers much more on the Mountain with less peripheral distractions (lake, pine trees,dry bushes...). In addition, the white-blooming bushes in the foreground lead the viewer into the snow of Mt. Fuji.

Another nice view of Mt Fuji with the contrast nicely shown against the pine, cherry and snow capped peak. Color and exposure great. We didn't manage to get to Mt Fuji on our trip to Japan only saw it in the distance from our sons apartment. :)

Mt. Fuji looks very much like Mt. Rainier in Washington state. Beautiful foreground with the fir trees and the cherry blossoms. And what a gorgeous blue sky. Just lovely.

Your photo is crisp and clear and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen all over. I also think the exposure is very good.
I like the tight cropping and the mountain has got a very fine placement off to the left. I think this is a truly lovely photo Fred, and with an excellent DOF.
