Wow! Such a depiction of the variance of nature and her climates in the view of the human eye. Amazing....a beautiful lake and flowering tree and then the snow capped mount in the expanse of the clear blue sky. A dramatic scene for those who take time to view it and consider....you did! Thank you!

Showing the wonderful cherry blossom nicely against the water of the lake with snow capped peak in background. Nicely composed with good lighting, color and focus. :) Mary

Well I know who the eye behind this camera was! I have been so enjoying your jaunt through Japan....oh and you have given this piece just the most perfect title.
Really like the way you've set this one up....that iconic mountain across the lake framed on the right by a gorgeous Cherry Tree. Focus is wonderfully crisp on the tree....beautiful. And the subtle color palette is beautiful as well. Your whites are clean and pure w/ the snow-capped mountain balancing out the white blossomed Cherry Tree.
A really lovely piece. I wish you well w/ it in the April Open!!

You must have a hundred album pages of Mt Fuji.
The color range and lighting of the take are well balanced and contribute nicely to the overall eye appeal of your composition.
DOF is very good for the subject matter. There is strong detail in the foreground, especially with the Sakura tree and the watre of the lake. The snow cap does get soft.
The framing of this composition is very well done. The juxtaposition of the Cherry tree with the background adds depth and scale to this very good take.
Thanks for sharing ... B-)) Bob

Well I need no name here!
Another fine capture of this snow kissed mountain with lovely cherry blossoms reaching in.
Nice POV, fine focus, great exposure and crisp details.
A post card capture making us wish we were there too.
Good Luck ;)

Another great shot from your trip! I like the way you cropped the photo the capture the mountain and cherry blossoms. The water ripples, the and blossoms on the tree give a nice contrast in texture within the picture.

It is not hard to guess who is behind this photo, and it is indeed a beautiful scene you have pictured here, It is so nice with the cherry tree full of blossoms in the foreground.
Your photo is nice and sharp all the way through, and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen in the tree. I also think the exposure is spot on.
The cherry tree is framing Mount Fuji in such a nice and natural way, and the slight cropping is perfect. The mountain has of course also got a perfect placement off to the left. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

I love the contradiction between the spring flowers of the cherry tree and the snow topped mountain. The dark range which seperates the foreground from the background is such a wonderful natural defined look. I really like how the colors all are seen throughout the entire scene. there are touches of pink
