This is a nice POV that makes me feel like I am looking up at a flowering tree rather than just viewing a photograph of a flower. The colors are vibrant and you have captured nice detail of the petals and their texture. I like how you included buds in the frame to show multiple stages of the life cycle. The patterns of the leaves stand out well too.

At this species the flower variegates in colors. Other members of the plant family variegate in colors and shape of the blossoms and the size of the leaves.

I just LOVE this kind of angle with flower shots. Getting underneath to get it reaching for the sky is simply Fantastic. Live the blue sky, sharp focus, Controlled white balance with fine clarity throughout. I may have cloned out the green leaves on the right bottom corner.

A beautiful flower which is shown in excellent detail. I like the super saturated colors and the cropping is attractive, but I would clone out the green corner. Good luck in the contest.
