The colors in Zion are so very beautiful. It is difficult to actually capture the true beauty of this place. I like the colors here and the partial shade adds depth to the scene and also adds a touch of drama. Nicely done my friend ~ Steve

a nice capture from Zion National Park;
it would have been nice to take the shot from farther away or with a very wide angle, to see the top of the mountain on the left;

This attractive picture has a wonderfully Dramatic tone to it indeed!

I know Zion quite well and its grandeur is awesome.
Your camera technique brings the force of the place to our eyes.
DOF is excellent in that it extends all the way back. Even the clouds and sky show superb detail and contrast.
I think this composition is very well framed. I like that you included some greenery in the foreground, it provides a great counter point
to the blue of the sky in the far background.
I am sure there will be some who will object to not having the summit of the mount in foreground visible. That does not bother me because I don't think that is what your objective was. When you stand close to a Mt like this one you don't crane your neck to see only that summit, you look much deeper down the canyon just as you have portrayed here.
I like this piece ... B-)) Bob

Another great, loud, canyon shot taken with brilliant clarity and in good lighting, capturing the spectacular heights and scale of these amazing steep hills. It is not easy to get the colour and lighting along with the contrast you have captured here (I definitely can't do it!) so I find it fascinating, great work.

This is a stunning capture. One that takes the viewer right to the spot in the shadows to look straight upward to such a magnificent formation of nature. Your camera techs have given us the true scene...color, light, shadows, detail..all perfection. I don't know that the magnitude of the space can ever be depicted in a photo...but you have done a fine job of it! Excellent!
