Well looks like he was quite happy to pose so you could get your duck challenge image Mary!
...and you did beautifully by him. Look at the detail you got in those feathers...wonderful!! Really lovely, natural color and the best bit of sparkle in that eye too. Perfectly exposed w/ a nice up close presentation.
Well considered camera techs all the way around here Mary. Lovely image for your single-duck-challenge. Hope it does well for you!

Oh I don't have time for two photo sites Mary but appreciate the heads up. If I ever have extra time I'll have to check it out. Hope this guy does well for you though.

This is a nice close up that shows good detail of the feathers and facial features. The lighting and natural colors are great. Your depth is nice too, making the duck stand out very well against the similar colored background.

its like the duck is posing for ya..lol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the duck in the weeds is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall
